The terms
Free to use; please use it fairly. Stay within the rate limits — a 429 response means slow down and wait for the time in its Retry-After header. Don't scrape in ways that harm the service. When you reuse records, keep the 'preliminary' and 'allegation' labels and link the source. Provided as is, without warranty; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the API or the data. Data is released under CC0; code under its repository licence.
AI agents
